本次報告記錄了實習過程，包括栽培管理、經營效益分析等相關工作，實習內容為種植有機蔬菜，栽種流程有施肥、鬆土、播種、澆水、雜草管理、病蟲害管理、採收、預冷、清園等項目。銷貨通路主要交給桃園市農會，再由桃園市農會運送至桃園及新北各所國中小學的營養午餐另外也有交菜給基隆的國中小學做營養午餐。學童營養午餐大概佔了總產量的95%，其他銷路則是販售小包裝蔬菜，平均每公斤賺款為18.6元。由於小農崛起，瓜分了部分有機市場，因此我們開始積極考慮轉型成有機休閒農場。
