在5/28到6/1參加了南港展覽廣的電腦展，在此展覽中我和班上另一個同學擔任小服務台的人員，展覽館有很多知名電腦科技廠商展出，每個產品都很吸引我的興趣，我都想丟下工作去逛逛了呢，動線方面覺得還可以，很寬敞，人員方面幾乎都是會展系的同學們，相當的專業，在服務台方面也很完善，我個人認為展攤的每項產品都相當吸引我，也非常有趣，也有很多精美的贈品可以拿，我覺得參觀地圖這方面可以加強，因為有人下載APP的手機地圖卻很多地點都沒有顯示，這也造成了我們服務台的困擾，太多人找不到地點都來找我們協助，雖然說這是我們因該做的事，但人數真的太多有點難顧到每個人，找不到的地方我們都要用一個一個的找非常沒效率，所以在APP方面可以設計得更完善一點，給民眾方便也給服務台少點點壓力，這是一個國際性的展覽，在這當中當然很多外國人來參觀，當然來問的外國人也是不少，這也考驗了我跟同伴的英文應變能力，還好我們英文不差，解決每個外國人的問題後，都覺得很有成就感，也在這場大型展覽中學到很多經驗，英文單字也學了很多，因為在空閒時都會去查很多英文單字來應對外國人們，所以參加這場展覽真的獲得很多知識與信心，展覽方面也是很有趣，不會讓人覺得這是一場無趣的產品展覽，也很期待有下一次的機會參加當工作人員。
