透過...我們可以知道細胞會因為物理因素在matrigel裡面移動，而依照過去的實驗操作方法無法確保膠在每個well的厚度和形狀不同。因此in my future work我會對device 增加壓力使液珠突出後，讓細胞放在冰上沉降30分鐘再放入incubator膠化。如此一來就能得到突出的膠，細胞就不會隨機移動。
