由 2012/13 學年起會作出以下修訂：（i）學券資助額將每年按綜合消費物價指數(綜合指數) 調整；（ii）幼稚園參加學券計劃的現有資格準則會繼續採用，但學費上限會每年按綜合指數調整，並在通貨緊縮時凍結；

With effect from the 2012/13 school year will be made the following amendments:
(i) the amount of the voucher subsidy each year by the Composite Consumer Price Index
(composite index) adjustment;
existing eligibility criteria (ii) Kindergarten PEVS will continue
continue using, but tuition the upper limit will be adjusted each year according to the composite index,
and froze when deflation;

The following amendments will be made from the 2012/13 academic year:
(i) The voucher subsidy will be based on the Composite CPI each year
(Composite index) adjustment;
(ii) The existing eligibility criteria for kindergarten stakes in the voucher scheme will be followed up
but the tuition fee ceiling will be adjusted annually in the composite index,
and freeze in the event of deflation;

(i) The amount of scholarship will be calculated according to the comprehensive consumer price index every year
(composite index) adjustment;
(II) continuation of existing eligibility criteria for kindergarten to participate in the school voucher program
It will continue to be adopted, but the upper limit of tuition fees will be adjusted according to the comprehensive index every year,
And freeze in deflation;
