在調試期間,如設備運轉達不到本合同所規定的技術指標時, 雙方應共同分析原因。如是賣方責任, 賣方應對設備進行必要的修理或更換, 買方應大力協助。

During commissioning, operation of the device as specified in the contract specifications can not, the two sides should work together to analyze the reasons.
If yes responsibility of the seller, the seller deal with the necessary equipment for repair or replacement, Buyer shall vigorously assist.

During commissioning, if the operation of the equipment does not meet the technical guidelines stipulated in this contract, both parties shall jointly analyze the reasons.
