B. JAN/03/2020因部份造成擊發原因不明確，安排邱員機上實際模擬當天維修動作及站立相關位置，模擬過程中發現該員將右手扶在門框後上方，正好壓在啟動BACKUP SLIDE的PULL HANDLE上，同時觀察比對工作者的高度、站立位置及拍打方式與OVER DOOR PANEL鬆脫落下的動作(圖一),發現實際模擬狀態符合BACKUP SLIDE擊發作動條件。
