The descriptive statistics and correlation analysis of each variable in this study are shown in Table 1. Neuroticism is positively correlated with ruminant thinking (r =. 24, P <. 01) and negative emotion (r =. 52, P <. 001). Ruminant thinking is positively correlated with negative emotion (r =. 37, P <. 001). Surprisingly, emotional regulation is positively correlated with ruminant thinking (r =. 16, P <. 05) and negative emotion (r =. 26), P < 0.001), showing a positive relationship, while perceived organizational support showed a negative relationship with rumination (r = -. 20, P < 0.001) and negative emotion (r = -. 21, P < 0.001).<br>
