各位評審老師好:
我的名字是周慶隆。1974 年出生，今年42歳，個性比較內向。目前住在板橋。我已婚而且有四個小孩。大女兒今年9月將要就讀大學一年級，目前白天在工作。二女兒就讀高二。三女兒就讀國二。小兒子為小學六年級。我的家庭很和樂。我和太太目前都有工作而且收入穩定。我目前仍就讀龍華科技大學的在職專班應外系四年級。今年6月即將畢業。
有感於自己在職場上的能力有限。由於自己對英語很有興趣。所以在103年重回學校唸書，選擇了龍華的應用外語系就讀。
我曾經在新美光股份有限公司擔任大約3年的研究員。後來的11年的時間我則從事自營事業。離職後再回到新美光的工廠工作了1年多。所以從研發到生產、製造、包裝、出貨，整個流程都熟悉。而在我103年決定回學校唸書時，我以前的主管邀我去他的公司擔任工廠的主管。讓我負責工廠的一切事務。
以前孩子們常常在抱怨寒暑假沒時間陪他們。現在正常上下班了,卻選擇了假日到學校進修。向他們解釋後也都能諒解我。為了讓自己在學業及工作上能更進一步提升自己的能力。我非常希望能繼續就讀碩士班。因為在實務我只有工廠和研究室的經驗。而實際上的企業管理是以前從未摸索過的。所以希望一方面可以彌補足自己能力不足的地方。更進一步瞭解企業管理這一方面的知識。
