本研究對象為某國立大學 107 學年度第二學期資訊工程學系大學部二年級

本研究對象為某國立大學 107 學年度第二學期資訊工程學系大學部二年級，以及線上課程物聯網系統與簡介第三期之線上學員共計 154 名。而本研究在建立 RFID 技術與認證的專有名詞關鍵詞辭典時，利用 105 學年第一學期資訊工程學系在職專班一年級課程資料做第一次分析，該課程學員為 23 名。
