2013年大約有120間日間照顧中心掛牌營運，在長期照護服務供不應求的情況下，第一線的照顧服務員人力是最缺乏的。本研究之目的為探討長期照顧體系中的日間照顧中心第一線人力之實際的建置與運用、討論其面臨的阻礙以及探討運用的契機。本研究採質化研究中半結構式的訪談法，針對日間照顧中心的第一線人員的人力運用分別訪談。

2013 There are about 120 day care center was operating, in the case of long-term care services in short supply, the first line of care attendant manpower is most lacking. The purpose of this study to investigate the long-term care system in the day care center the first line of the actual deployment and use of manpower, discuss hinder their faces and explore the use of the opportunity. This study collected qualitative research in semi-structured interviews, interviews for human use are the first line of the day care center personnel.

About 120 day care centres were listed for operation in 2013 and the front-line care staff is the most scarce in the face of a shortage of long-term care services. The purpose of this study is to explore the actual construction and application of the first-line manpower of day care centers in the long-term care system, to discuss the obstacles they face and to explore the opportunities for their use. In this study, the semi-structured interview method in the qualitative study was conducted separately for the manpower utilization of the first-line personnel of the day care center.
