本研究為兩年期的計畫，第一年採取質性研究方法，透過文獻分析蒐集國內外SROI相關文獻與個案，並以至善社會福利基金會都市原住民快樂大掃的個案分析；第二年則以新生活社會福利發展促進會的珍媽工坊作個案研究。透過嚴謹的SROI分析方法，提供兩個案推動婦女就業的決策參考與修正依據，而研究成果作為非營利組織應用社會經濟觀點之效益與影響。

Through rigorous SROI analysis methods, providing two case decision making and to promote women's employment in accordance with the correction, and non-profit research organization as a benefit and socio-economic point of view of the application.

This study is a two-year plan, the first year to adopt a qualitative research method, through literature analysis to collect domestic and foreign SROI-related literature and cases, and the Best Social Welfare Foundation urban first-class happy sweep of the case analysis; Through the rigorous SROI analysis method, two cases to promote women's employment decision-making reference and revision basis, and the research results as non-profit organizations to apply the benefits and influence of socio-economic views.

This study is a two-year plan. In the first year, qualitative research methods are adopted to collect relevant sroi documents and cases at home and abroad through literature analysis, and a case study is conducted on the happiness of urban aborigines of the foundation for supreme social welfare; in the second year, a case study is conducted on the zhenma workshop of the new life and Social Welfare Development Promotion Association. Through rigorous sroi analysis methods, two cases are provided to promote Women's employment decision-making reference and revision basis, and the research results as non-profit organizations to apply social and economic perspectives of the benefits and impact.
