第一條： 本 APP 提供之求職服務內容本人充分瞭解本 APP 提供求職者刊登全職或兼職履歷之求職服務內容， 分為二種： • (一) 求才雇主主動查詢人才服務。• (二) 求職者主動應徵服務。是指當本人完成履歷表登錄及成功送出後， 本 APP 之電腦系統將會依照本人所設定之求職條件， 予符合條件之求才雇主之服務。本條所稱「求才雇主主動查詢人才服務」是指求才雇主得透過本 APP， 在其刊登所屬服務類別之範圍內， 主動設定篩選條件，查詢與本人希望服務類別相同且本人保持開啟狀態之履歷表之服務。本條所稱「求職者主動應徵服務」是指本人得於本 APP 就意欲應徵之工作機會主動送出履歷表予求才雇主之服務。本 APP 對登錄履歷表者，以及先前登錄全職或兼職履歷表後， 所提供之求職服務內容， 主要為求職者主動應徵服務， 求才雇主主動查詢人才服務。
