一、Top Flight Technologies（以下簡稱甲方）與長

一、Top Flight Technologies（以下簡稱甲方）與長榮大學（以下簡稱乙方），為整合產業研發技術與學術研究資源，藉雙方產學合作機制，增進資源運用、促進智慧農業產業發展、學生學習與就業，特訂定產學合作備忘錄（以下簡稱本備忘錄）。二、合作內容如下：（一）共同推動無人機推廣應用與新創事業設立之合作方案。（二）就雙方之研發技術與成果進行交流與研究。（三）共同推動產業人才精進培訓計畫。（四）共同致力產業議題導入課程方案以提升學生專業技能與就業能力。（五）乙方協助甲方辦理之研討會、座談會等事項，乙方同意給予甲方場地使用費八折優待。（六）其他雙方同意之專案合作計畫。三、前項合作內容得依實際需求另簽訂正式合約。四、本備忘錄自簽訂日起生效，有效期間五年，期滿經雙方同意得以重新簽訂合約。五、本備忘錄正本壹式貳份，由甲、乙雙方各執壹份為憑。

3、 The content of the cooperation referred to in the preceding paragraph may be subject to another formal contract signed in accordance with the actual needs.
4、 This Memorandum shall come into force as of the signing date and shall be valid for five years. Upon the expiration of the term, the contract can be re signed with the consent of both parties.
5、 This memorandum is made in two originals, one for each party.
