重組肉明年起強制標示！衛福部食品藥物管理署今公告，明年元旦起，散裝、包裝、直接供應飲食業者，若使用重組肉，須在外包裝或菜單上註明「重組」、「組合」等字眼，並標註「僅供熟食」醒語，包含火鍋店、牛排店、傳統市場、夜市攤商等所有業者都納管，違者開罰最高300萬元。

食藥署食品組科長李婉媜表示，重組肉是指禽畜、魚肉等肉類經過組合、黏著、壓型等方式加工製造的肉品，以火鍋肉片為例，民眾不易判斷是重組肉，可能會以為是大塊肉切片。

今天公告的「重組肉食品標示規定」明定，包裝、散裝肉品，以及餐廳、火鍋店、牛排店、夜市攤商等所有直接供應飲食場所，都需明顯標示「重組肉」或「組合肉」，並加註「僅供熟食」醒語，包裝產品或菜單上字體不可小於0.2公分，若以立牌、告示牌方式，字體不可小於2公分。

李婉媜表示，至於民眾常吃的貢丸、漢堡肉等加工食品，因本身從外觀就可看出非單一肉片、肉排，則不納入新規定的管理範圍。
