This study combines reaction style theory with resource preservation theory to put forward a framework, testing individual and social resources, can help improve the influence of neurotic employees on ruminant thinking and negative emotion. The results of the moderated moderated mediation are presented, with both interference variables having a conditional regulatory mediation effect (conditional moderate mediation), which shows the relationship between these two resources, for neuroticism, ruminative thinking, and negative emotion is an important interference factor. Based on the results of the study, it provides effective and feasible practical suggestions for human resources. The results of this study provide a substantial contribution to the understanding and improvement of employees' personality traits.
