因此，在這一項研究中我們計畫收集200位甲狀腺眼病病患，與200位非甲狀腺眼病對照病患之剩餘血液樣本，針對CTLA-4基因上的單核甘酸多型性，分析與甲狀腺眼病的相關性。希望經由基因學研究的成果能更進一步了解甲狀腺眼病的致病機轉，藉此增進臨床之診斷及治療。

Therefore, in this study, we plan to collect 200 patients with thyroid eye disease, and the remaining blood samples and 200 control patients with non-thyroid eye disease, the single nucleotide polymorphisms for the CTLA-4 gene analysis and thyroid related eye disease. Hope that through the results of genetic studies to further understand the pathogenesis of thyroid eye disease transfer machine, thereby enhancing the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
