As we had meeting in Dec’20 about remaining raw material heat no.Y951538, I would like to update information as below,

TFE has remaining raw material 1 bundle and 6 bars.

1 bundle = 1.998 MT (50 bars)

Total is 56 bars which is pending (not produced yet).

As K.Kittichet informed us there is extra cost from MT, sorting and die mark if TFE produces this lot.

TTTC sent sample cutting part for 2 pcs (1 part after cutting and other 1 part after shot blasting) to investigate at NSSMC.

The report is as attached file.

Conclusion is the maximum depth of sample defects is 0.15mm.

The depth of defects is within the inspection threshold.

(Specification value of depth of defect is 0.30mm)

It means TFE can literally uses this heat no.

If there is any points undone, I could arrange meeting between 3 parties (TTTC, TFE and JTEKT).
