目的:筆者想透過最直接能看見效果的方式-教導患者正確服用磷結合劑,期以能達到血磷降低效果。方法:採用單位衛教單張採一對一衛教方式,衛教時間五到十分鐘不等,並在大廳張貼海報、播放宣導短片、提供磷結合劑等供患者服用、提升印象。結果:研究結果顯示自9月至11月磷平均數值由6.8mg/dl下降為12月6.62mg/dl,高血磷人數由9至11月平均人數10人降至為12月8人。結論與應用:正確服用磷結合劑能有效降低高血磷現象,而教導正確服用方式、時機、提供圖卡、提醒小語等能加深患者印象,控制磷的攝取不單單只是患者須共同努力配合,照顧者同時也扮演很重要的提醒、督促角色。
