This study was designed based on the circular economy, introduce the connotation, theory and principles of recycling and eco-agriculture, in order to maximize resource utilization efficiency, reduce resource consumption, reduce environmental pollution, so that the limited natural resources to sustainable use of energy to solve resource depletion, environmental degradation and conflicts of economic development, achieve the harmonious development of economic growth and natural resources.
