This study aimed to explore the phenomenon of the current low birth rate, the impact of family rearing of small countries of the junior teachers, classroom management, and teachers use strategies. In this study, the qualitative interviews, four new national allegiance small low-grade teachers to interview subjects, in-depth understanding of teachers in response to the road this subject, by induction, after analysis, the following conclusions: <br>One, the phenomenon is indeed declining birthrate the impact of family rearing, thereby affecting all aspects of performance after students enter the campus, low-grade teachers in classroom management, and thus affected, should adjust classroom management's strategy. <br>II, in "education business", the result of small class sizes, teachers are more likely to take into account each student guidance work timely to give individual guidance; the ability of students should be cultured, integration in the curriculum design in various fields; to students' characteristics and parents require adjustment curriculum; learning to students a clear assessment on efforts to target. But parents actively involved in teaching management, teachers also under tremendous pressure. <br>Participation in the "business as usual", the result of some parents rearing their children tend to condone protection, so the teacher to student counseling and punish deviant behavior need to be more careful, to avoid misunderstanding parents. In addition, the lower the students' frustration tolerance, too self-centered, making it easy to adapt to school life is poor, so teachers use the power of peers to be bound, combined reward of ways to help students adapt to school life as soon as possible. <br>Store, in "business class environment", the result of a small number of people, clean finish assignments, and students the ability to use tools and cleaning ability is weak, teachers need to organize their own or ask parents to help. <br>Wu, the "business relationships", the result of some parents to accompany the child's lack of time, so the teacher become the main target children sharing, so teachers will use a close teacher-student relationship, more in-depth understanding of students. However, peer relationships among students who are more self-centered one another, likely to cause strife, so teachers can design courses teach students to build skills peer relationships. However, the relationship between parents and teachers become more tense, but based on the common goal of teachers and parents promising students to learn and grow as the efforts of teachers to actively communicate with parents, so that parents become teachers help.
