Workplace conflicts and power needs in an organisation almost always parallel to one another. Always good to avoid conflicts in the workplace. With conflicts appearing other unnecessary problems can have a negative effect on the quality and effectiveness of the work itself. We may be wondering what are some ways we can avoid workplace conflicts? Although conflicts are a normal part of any social environment and organization, the challenge of conflict lies in the way one can cope with it. Concealing, avoiding or ignoring, conflicts will likely arise outrage, generate withdrawal and cause internal rock-fighting in the organization. The etiology of most conflicts is due to birth in poor communication or inability to control another person's emotions (Myatt M., 2012). Some ways that one can avoid conflicts at work is by effective communication. Chances are everyone can do a little better to avoid trampled with each other without misunderstandings and misinformation between colleagues and management. Sometimes, one cannot avoid conflicts at all cost, and that is when it is better to cope with the face and solve it rather than avoiding it and making it escalate into a larger problem. Another effective way to resolve conflicts is that management should remember the employee's perspective and their objectives. If we can all achieve what we need to achieve then there should be no conflict. In other words, happy colleagues and workplace, which means that the company will be happier.
