勘驗時發現工程與合約規定不符或有其他之瑕疵者，乙方應於甲方所定期限內修補改善之；

If the project is found to be inconsistent with the contract or has other defects during the inspection, Party B shall repair and improve it within the time limit set by Party A;

If, upon investigation, the works are found to be inconsistent with the contract provisions or have other defects, Party B shall repair and improve them within the time limit fixed by Party A;

結果 (英文) 3:

If it is found that the project is not in conformity with the contract or has other defects during the inspection, Party B shall repair and improve it within the period specified by Party A;
