一年來要感謝的人很多，謝謝指導教授以及給予我幫助的所有大家，尤其謝謝我的父母，總是放手讓我追求任何想做的事情，卻又時時刻刻支持、鼓勵與庇護著我。唯有真正體驗後才能懂得研究的不易，也才更能懂得每一份研究的貢獻是彌足珍貴，致每一位辛苦的研究人員。最後，我謹將研究的發現貢獻給個案公司，沒有你，今天論文不會完成，由衷地感謝！
