企業在辨識人才的考量因素，與企業自身的核心能力及資源規模有關連性。在工業4.0的情境下，對於maker業者所謂的人才是可以彌補企業核心能力之不足，對於user業者而言，人才是可以滿足工業4.0的策略目標，然而策略目標深受資源規模所影響。此研究發現也回應人才管理理論有關於如何辨識人才的問題。

Considerations of enterprises in identifying talent, connected with the scale of enterprise's own core competencies and resources. In 4.0 industrial contexts, maker industry so-called talents can make up for the deficiency of the enterprise's core competence, for user industries are concerned, talents can meet the industry 4.0 policy objective, however policy goal by the scale of the impact. This study found that also respond to talent management theory about how to identify the problem.
