本研究原先預定以訪談企業負責工業4.0之經營主管，及企業人力資源部門為訪談對象，以豐富資料完整性。但受限於受訪談單位意願及時間，僅能侷限於工業4.0之經營主管，使研究成果僅侷限於需求面向，無法藉由人力資源主管深入探討勞動市場等課題。

結果 (英文) 1:

This research originally scheduled to interview company responsible for industrial 4.0 operating managers, and human resource departments for the interviewee to enrich the data integrity. But is limited by the interviewed units will and time, only limited industry 4.0 operating managers, research is limited to demand-oriented, not through human resource executives discussed topics such as the labour market.

This study was originally scheduled to interview the responsible managing director of Industry 4.0, and corporate human resources department for the interviewee to enrich data integrity. But it was limited by the willingness and interviews unit time, only limited industrial undertaking in charge of the 4.0, so the demand for research is limited, can not be in charge of Human Resources depth discussions on topics such as labor market.

This study was originally scheduled to interview the 4 industrial enterprises responsible for business executives, and the enterprise human resource department to interview, in order to enrich the data integrity. But limited by the interview unit of willingness and time, can only be limited to 4 of the industrial business supervisor, make the research results is limited to the demand oriented, not by the head of human resources deeply discussion on labor market issues.
