Disbursement info: * For the HPMP disbursements, the disb. was only for the two PMUs. Per the AM, I understand that the disb. for 2020 was: $16,749 ($3806 for DIW-PMU + $12,943.29 for GSB-PMU) * For retroactive payments that were still being processed in early 2021 – this amounts to: $26,965 ($39,908 – $12,943) for GSB PMU * For planned disbursement in 2021 for the HPMP subproject part (part of Component 1), I use the budget table, tab “GSB” to come up with an estimate of $60,000 (spray foam) * For planned disbursement in 2021 for the HPMP servicing, TA and PMU parts (Components 2,3), I use the “GSB” tab and estimate cost of consumption verification in 2021 for DIW-PMU and of servicing work to get an estimate of $293,945 (($80,694 -$16,749 for PMUs) + ($230K for training equipment (half the budget))) * For planned disbursement in 2021 for the IS project (Component 4), I put in $300k, more than half of the remaining budget, since it was agreed that DIW would pursue IS renewal at the 88th ExCom (next one in Nov. 21). * I updated the status reports, including for the IS project, based on the discussion.
