Ruminant thinking refers to the individual repeat concerned about a way of thinking about negative emotions corresponding event, this trait will affect the individual's cognitive style (Peng, Xiao, Yang, Wu, & Miao, 2014). In particular, high-neurotic individuals tend to be more prone to rumination thinking, because they tend to collect more life, with negative messages about self, and constant attention, thinking over and over again these messages (Muris et al., 2005), not to think about how to solve or distracting, and thus prone to negative emotions. The workplace needs to face the task after another, if the employee reimbursing immersed in negative events and generate negative emotions, physical and mental health will be harmful to the individual and organizational performance.
