This study presents the individual resources - emotional regulation as the main disturbance variables, as well as social resources - perceived organizational support for the minor disturbance variables. The results show that when an individual has the emotion regulation and perceived organizational support, can reduce nervousness, rumination and negative thinking, but when an individual has a low degree of emotion regulation and perceived organizational support, neurotic thinking through the relationship between emotional rumination for presents significant negative indirect effect of the emotion. Not only that, moderated moderated mediation results are presented, two disturbance variables are adjustable with a conditional mediation effect (conditional moderated mediation), show both resources for nervousness, thinking and rumination negative relationship between emotional disturbance is important factor.
