更換 aperture 使用的位置 ( 1 ~ 4 孔 ) 並記錄更換後的 aperture 位置，換孔後須作附件︰SEM (S-8820) 機台更換 aperture 程序的第 4.2 和 4.3 項。(如更換前已在第 4 孔位置則須更換 aperture，如步驟4.3.3.8 )

Replace the used aperture position (from 1 to 4 wells), and aperture position after the replacement recording, subject to change hole after attachment ︰SEM (S-8820) to replace machine program aperture 4.3 and 4.2. (Such as replacement position before the fourth hole must be replaced aperture, as in step 4.3.3.8)

Replace the position used (1 to 4 holes) and record the replacement aperture position, after which the replacement has been replaced with attachment: S aperture (S-8820) machine replacement of the aperture procedure items 4.2 and 4.3. (If it is in the 4th hole position before replacement, the aperture must be replaced, e.g. step 4.3.3.8)
