在展覽開始前一個月我們會先利用網路平台像是在FB發布貼文、把宣傳影片放到YouTube或在行人道旁插上旗子讓大家知道有這個展覽，至於在現場我們會發宣傳單、小冊子來宣傳我們的活動、我們會請有留學或遊學經驗的人來擔任展覽的解說員為有疑問的參展人解決問題、來參展填問卷不僅可以了解留學相關問題還能抽機票、留下個人資料我們會提供留學相關優惠給您，讓更多人了解有這個活動， 我們為什麼選擇工讀生而不是show girl 呢？ 因為留學過的工讀生他們更了解相關事項也比較貼近我們的主要客群，橫幅我會使用像這樣站立式的擺放在攤位的左右兩側、用繩子綁住的這種橫幅擺在櫃檯的上方、貼在牆上的橫幅擺在展攤牆壁兩側
