Objective: To study the relationship between the expression and clinical characteristics of the fork-head transcription factor protein FoxM1 in cervical cancer tissue. Methods: Select edgy 106 cervical cancer tissue samples obtained from biopsies and operations in the hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 as the cervical cancer group, and 50 normal cervical tissues obtained during the same period as the normal group, test the expression of FoxM1 protein in two groups of specimens using immunohistized dying method, and analyze the results of the test using SPSS26.0 statistical software, and explore the relationship between FoxM1 protein expression and THE clinical characteristics of CT. Results: Positive expression of FoxM1 protein was present in both normal group and cervical cancer group, and the positive rate was significantly higher in the cervical cancer group (P 0.05); Conclusion: The FoxM1 protein is highly expressed in cervical cancer tissue, and the expression of the protein is closely related to the clinical characteristics of clinical staging and leaching of the muscle layer.
