辦理社區水資源保育亮點活動：本計畫針對社區水資源特色撰寫2份教案分別為用水來發電及垃圾變黑金，對內與東光國小合作辦理用水來發電，讓水源保育觀念落實於學童心中達到向下紮跟目的，對外透過網路報名方式讓外地民眾了解東光社區水資源及產業特色，並於友善園區-園丁農場進行垃圾變黑金的操作，讓遊客參觀園區運作並動手做液肥。
