In this experiment, a metal I oxide - SnO2, in electrospinning nanofiber made, through a high temperature annealing, controlling the oxygen concentration in the atmosphere, thereby affecting the amount of oxygen vacancy number. With electrical measuring instruments measuring IV and It, study differences oxygen vacancy content on sensing capability element, demonstrate the importance of oxygen vacancies for sensing capabilities.
