本公司依企業併購法第十六條，立訂於112年11月20日至112年11月29日向 台端徵詢留任之意願,另經 台端為不願留任之表示,本公司將日後依企業併購法第十七條及工作規則第○條第○項第○款之規定,基於資遣之事由,對 台端為終止勞動契約之通知!
