The IT consultant must submit a “Deviation Form” for any request made by the vendors, contractors or owners that are not as per Hyatt IT standards. This form must be submitted to Hyatt’s Global Operations Center for approval.<br>On-site Visits by IT Consultant (number of days required will vary based on activity being performed)<br><br>Visit 1 – Coordination meeting to present design drawings, Specs, IT Budget etc. Visit 2 – Follow-up on construction progress and infrastructure deployment.<br>Visit 3 – End of Construction Walk-through and Computer Room build/set-up.<br><br>Visit 4 – Pre-opening Installation of vendor systems their configuration & staff training.<br><br>Visit 5 – Hotel opening visit, on-site week before opening with PMS/POS, PBX, HSIA, TV, Key lock, In-room Technology vendors and go-live support.<br>Project Pre-Opening Schedule (90 Days before opening)<br>As part of this scope of work responsibilities, the IT consultant must ensure that key milestones identified in the Sample Hyatt IT implementation timeline below are fully completed by respective vendor and/or contractors on each hotel project.
