When I first entered the Research Department of TMBA, I had to complete a stock analysis report with the group within a one-month time frame, from the perspective of sell-side, and I, as my representative, briefed on the Company's Nikko Securities Roadshow and received professional comments from analysts.

The biggest challenge of this report is that I am responsible for the briefing process, which is not only the first time That I have been able to train my briefing skills in a big situation, but also an opportunity to receive face-to-face guidance from professional analysts. In order to make the briefing more smooth, in addition to asking the industry mentor's opinion several times, I also practice the discussion in private in front of the group every day to improve the streamlining of the report and reduce the blind spot of analysis. Finally, we make a complete report through industry analysis and financial results forecast, and we are well-recognized by analysts.

Past experience enhances analytical capability, 5G and AI industry understanding
The R language used in past papers, the industrial analysis skills i learned in the community, and the experience that internships have brought me to collect information and briefings have enabled me to develop data analysis and logical analysis skills. I believe that through the above training, if the future encounter related work content, I can quickly adapt, and mature.

During the internship, I had some knowledge and experience in this field as the analysts I assisted were responsible for the research of 5G and AI practical cases. And in the process of the financial industry gradually digitizing, I think my internship experience can be combined with this work content, so that the company to enhance a variety of financial services projects and quality.

Motivation to enlist
The main reason I wanted to be a MA was to have a vision of banking since i was in college, and i accumulated a lot of knowledge about 5G and AI development during my internship, which made me interested in digital-related services. I think that the "New Light Bank Reserve Cadre" will not only give us the opportunity to improve the quality of financial services through the progress of new technology, but also, through our creativity, to open up new services for a wide range of customers, so based on my experience and interests, I hope I will have the honor to take up this job.

Career and Learning Plan for the Next Five Years
I divided the five-year plan into pre-training and after-training.

First, before the training
I will make good use of the training programs offered by your company to develop expertise and accumulate practical experience through participation in project tasks. And if I encounter the difficulties that can't be solved at present, I will actively ask the previous generation's suggestions at the same time, develop problem-solving skills, training themselves in the future can be unique. Second, after the training
I want to fully apply the training to the workplace, because I am interested in the digital fintech trends related to the service, so the goal is to hope to be able to move to the Digital Finance Department. Improve expertise, communication skills, and ability to solve problems through previously learned theoretical foundations and practical experience.
